Vision and Mission

Vision Statement:

• In India, the majority of the population is unaware of the insurance claims process when their claim is denied outright or partially paid. Claims Bazaar is here to fill this void and to educate the public as well as help them get the claim that they deserve by law.

• To help all the Insured Population to get their claims processed smoothly (Normal/Litigation) and to Increase the awareness of the NEED for Insurance.

Mission Statement:
• To help the Insured Population at the time of making a Claim
• Procedural requirements to be complied with at the time of making a Claim
• Expert consultation for the Insured Population at the time of Rejection of Claims by Insurance Companies where the claims are legally payable
• Provision of Judicial Expertise for Making Claims Legally- Through Courts/Arbitration
• To assist Insurance Companies by coordination with the Insured Population where payment or otherwise decisions are pending for want of documents/reports.
• To rank Insurance Companies on the basis of their claims settlement to the Insured Population.
• To create awareness to the Insured Population of their rights and duties at the time of making a claim.
• To assist the Insured Population to make representations for payment of Claims through Grievance departments of the Insurance Companies or through the Insurance Ombudsman.
• Claims follow up with Insurance Companies.
• To assist Hospitals by manning their claims portfolio.
